Can I return my order?
Please contact us in case of returns, we will email you a return form. Return costs are to be paid by customer.
Please enclose the completed form with the return and clearly indicate whether you want to get refunded the amount paid.
We can only proceeded the return payment of the full purchase price if the item is in the same the state returned as we have sent it , and if it is not used. If an item is damaged or still used , we can file charges for depreciation. For further questions please contact our customer service by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will only receive a refund if the order is unused and in its original state.

Can I exchange my items?
You can exchange unsuitable items up to 14 days after date of delivery. You must fill in the returns note and include this in your returns package and note clearly that you want to exchange your order. Delivery charges for return and exchange are not refundable.
