Ordering is quick and easy in our web shop. You can place the desired item in your shopping bag by clicking on the 'in shopping bag' button.
First, you have to place the desired item in the shopping bag, next is filling in the shipping information. This information is needed to deliver your package to the desired address or to contact you if we have any questions. After that, you choose a payment method.
Your order summary will follow. After submitting your order, you will be able to pay via MultisafePay, our payment agency. When your order has been received, we will send you an email with acknowledgment of receipt of your order. As soon as your order is ready, we will pack it and you will receive an email notifying you that the items have been dispatched.
Delivery is free in the Netherlands. The shipping cost of returning an order is for the customer's account.
When ordered before 12.00 on business days, next day delivery. When we need to ship outside of the Netherlands shipping will take longer. We will provide you with a track & trace code. DHL, PostNL and DPD communicate 2-5 shipping days for Belgium, France and Germany.
Which payment Methods are available?
When you place an order, you will be able to choose one of the following payment methods: iDEAL, CreditCard, and PayPal. Your payment will be processed by our payment company Mollie.

At check out, you can clearly see if the chosen payment method is free or a small fixed amount and / or percentage of the sales amount will be charged to you
What is PayPal about?
PayPal is an international payment method, linked to your e-mail address(es). By entering your e-mail address and the accompanying safety code you will be able to transfer money from, or to your PayPal account. In order to do this, you need a PayPal account, which you can create on the website www.paypal.com. PayPal accounts are available for both companies and consumers.
What is Pay After Delivery (Betalen na ontvangst)?
Payment after delivery (BNO) a retrospective payment for merchants. BnO is fully developed by MultiSafepay and is supported by Multi-factor. It offers the possibility to first receive your order, view and then make payments only. Payment after delivery is safe and customer friendly.
Can I return my order?
You can return unwanted or unsuitable items within 14 days after the date of delivery. You can contact us so we can send you a return note, which you must fill in and include in your returns package. Please note explicitly if you want a refund. The delivery charges are not refundable. The shipping cost of returning an order is for the customer's account.
We can only proceeded to return payment of the full purchase price if the item is in the state is returned as where we are sent , and it is not used. If an item is damaged or used , we can file charges for depreciation.
You will only receive a refund if the order is unused and in its original state.

Can I exchange my items?
You can exchange unsuitable items up to 14 days after date of delivery. You must fill in the returns note and include this in your returns package and note clearly that you want to exchange your order. Delivery charges for return and exchange are not refundable.
Caught by Eef products come with a general limited warranty and the consumer rights of guarantee and comfort are applicable by law. This legal warranty entails that the item must fulfill your expectations. The warranty is only applicable if you posses a confirmation of payment or a receipt. Faults that are not caused by wear, are skillfully repaired. In case of an impossible repair, you will receive a replacement. In case we are unable to replace the item, you will receive a refund.
Promotions and gift cards
For products that have an offer or discount price, no other discount vouchers or gift cards can be used.
